Essay My Dad Is My Hero. When I think about what my hero means to me, I realize that most of my special memories and feelings toward my hero come from the little things he does everyday. My hero is not a celebrity or such a recognizable face.My hero is not a national hero or a multi-millionaire. He has never saved me from a burning castle or an avalanche, but he does hug me and tell me to have.
My personal hero is my Father. I picked my Father as my personal hero because he has always been there for me, he is a self made man, he has the strongest willpower of anyone I have ever met. He seems to always know the right decision, he is never self-centered, and always looking out for his children. My father knows how to persevere, he grew up in a rather poor family and now owns his own.
My hero continues to fight hard to stay with his family as long as he can. Each of our kids come a few days at a time to help with getting him up in the morning, the daily routine and to bed at night. They are finding out how much their skinny little runt of a Pa weighs! They are learning a good life lesson in helping to take care of their Pa when he really needs them. He is still teaching.
